Weak in the knee

My right knee has been bothering me something fierce today. I think my arthritis is acting up. I developed arthritis in that leg when I was 13 years old, after shredding the cartilage in it during gym. It actually doesn’t flare up too often but when it does, it’s really painful and nothing seems to relieve that pain. I took an Aleve, which normally eases it a bit but it hasn’t kicked in yet. I think this is a sign that I should call it an early night.

I’ve just made myself a pot of soup. I think I’ll go enjoy it and relax before bed!

Ughh Teresa I hate that you have that in your kneed. My mom is like 49 and she has it and she let it go til two months ago and they attempted to try and fix stuff but they said it will only last a year. Honestly, the recovery time has been so long that she would have been better off just opting for the replacement that they said they would have to do within the next 5 years anyhow. I feel for you. Make sure you keep on top of it because my mom didn’t and the arthritis led her to other things as well. She’s miserable, then again she’s kinda whiny.

A pot of soup always sounds good when I’m down with something.

And I agree with the krississippi your layouts=the best.

My knees are known to act up as well. I’ve dislocated them both more times than I care to remember and tore my cartilage in one twice. Once while playing around and another time during a soccer match.

Mmm, soup is always a good pick-me-up, but I prefer fresh tortillas and beans covered in green chile and topped with cheese. Probably because there usually isn’t any fresh home made tortillas in the house or a fresh pot of beans. lol I hope you’re feeling better now!
