Or she's a scam artist. I've had my share that I've bought from attempt to do something like this and when you file any complaint they usually come running and giving you what you want because they never thought they'd get in actual trouble or anything. Bad moods are being passed around this week. I'm ready for September to start because August is ending in the crapper. People who sell on ebay should pay way more attention to things then they do. Or she’s a scam artist. For a second there I thought you were going to say that you got spammed by paypal (fake paypal) because that's what happened to me... I got an email saying I had paid for something but I could dispute it, but it was a fake site that looked identical to paypal. Anyway, I hope you get this straightened out and get your bag!
