		<description>Kelley; tell me about it!  The first house we purchased was only $72k and it was brand new - 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, cathedral vaulted ceilings and such.  I believe it was around 1400 (maybe just shy) sqft.  I just couldn't imagine paying 4 times that for a house like it.. even if the cost of living varies. lol.

Colleen;  lol yep!  That's the episode - with the little dog and it's bedside steps that the decorator made them remove from the bedroom. lol</description>

		<description>I think I may have seen this episode, but it seems like nearly EVERY house on HGTV is way overpriced. I'm always like HUH? My house only cost a fraction of that! I realize that different areas equal different house value and cost of living and all that jazz, but good lord... It always makes me think that I am NEVER moving out of my house... hehe.</description>
