Well I managed to go to bed really late (or would that be early, since it was after midnight) and woke up really early. Something is wrong with this picture. I have not been getting much sleep the last couple of nights but I was so exhausted last night that I thought for sure I would drift off into “la la land” within a matter of minutes. Not the case, sadly. I think I am due for a nap today. I may wind up regretting it tonight, you know, when I am unable to sleep again but at least I will get a little rest. I am looking over at my bed where Jynx and Bella are curled up asleep and wish I could do the same.
I must say though, Jo was up much later than me. He was wrapped up in a new computer game and did not manage to get to bed until after 6am this morning. Yeah, here I thought I was bad!

It’s so hard to get yourself in a set sleeping routine.
I used to have “Melatonin” by my nightstand on nights I couldn’t get sleep. I bought it at GNC. It’s a natural hormone produces when you get sleepy? It works. And you can’t get addicted to it. =)

i take melatonin too sometimes!!!!
anyway, i hate that about naps. they feel so good at the time but later that night you’re like, “crap.”

My husband has also been having a heck of a time getting to sleep. Once he finally falls asleep he has no problem staying asleep. It’s just the falling asleep that has him stumped.
