I've fallen in love with the Butter cream cupcakes that Safeway here has. It's the best butter cream frosting I've ever tasted. Sooo I'm going to attempt to re-create it and am going to do butter cream frosting for Sascha's birthday cake this year. If it tastes anything like Safeway's I'll have to try to refrain from eating the bowl before I get it on the cake! And it's all your fault! It’s all your fault!
