I’ve never had Cod fish before but I recently tried Flounder and it was so yummy. Lasagna isn’t really my thing either. Blech. On another note, I love the new layout. Pretty. =]

I love flounder too, Jessica.
My “chicken lasagna” (which I still need to post the recipe for) isn’t like regular lasagna. It doesn’t use marinara sauce, but instead uses a white cheese sauce.. kind of like a cheesy alfredo sauce. You’ll see what I mean when I finally post the recipe and the photos. In fact, I think I’ll do that tomorrow. Ha, ha.
