Spring springs fun

Spring vacation was something my youngest sister and I always looked forward to. It meant getting to travel to the Atlanta area, where we’d get to visit with my cousins - Jeffery and Steven. It sort of became a tradition for our family and none of us complained. There’s always so many things to do in Atlanta, like visiting the World of Coca Cola, going to a Braves game (when in season), going to Underground Atlanta or even visiting Stone Mountain. One of my favorite things about Atlanta, was going to Six Flags Over Georgia, which we did a few times throughout the year. One of my favorite memories, though it wasn’t so great at the time, was getting stuck on Thunder River, for over 2 hours. It was definitely warm outside but that water was so cold and it just so happened that we were stuck right near the waterfall. The water was just pouring down on top of us while everyone on the little look out was looking down at us, most of them laughing. We looked like wet cats when we got off of that thing but it made for one great memory that we still laugh about today.

With Spring upon us and Summer at the back door, it seems like everyone is beginning their vacation planning.
