Had the same problem the last two years also, royal PITA and they took FOREVER to reply to tickets to get it sorted out. Thankfully in the past I was able to still renew, but now it's been nearly three days and they haven't even acknowledged that I submitted a ticket! Not to mention the information they emailed me to access the helpdesk doesn't even work, it says I'm not even in the system!!!!! This is BS and I'm so sick of them, I hope NOBODY has to deal with this and I will never ever recommend them to anyone, ever. My domain with them recently expired with NO reminder email, either. I had a similar problem a few years ago when my host disappeared and took my domain hostage. The domain transfer can be tricky if you can’t get your host to release it, but it can still be done.
