Hello. I am Teresa and this is my blog.
To those I am close to, I am known as “Reese”. This is a nickname I acquired nearly two decades ago.
Though I have had my fair share of city life via Calgary, Alberta, I enjoy the slower pace and charm of the southern, small town USA that I grew up in. I am native of SE Georgia, though my husband Jo and I, along with our two rather chunky cuddle-bugs; Jynx and Bella (who really should be called Trouble - she’s always in it) are currently visiting with Jo’s family. Here, I spend my time capturing, crafting, creating and designing. I am a creative soul who could not imagine my life without art in it.
I am probably the biggest goof-ball you will ever meet. I smile a lot, love to laugh and I love to make other people laugh. I am a professional procrastinator, and sometimes a bit of a perfectionist. I am a nature and history buff. I enjoy lots of things like; Tim Horton’s (French Vanilla), thunderstorms, the smell of rain, being outdoors, walking on the beach, sight seeing, traveling, scrapbooking, crafting, blogging (durh), design and art. My friends and family mean the world to me.
My greatest passion is photography. I work on-location and prefer to use natural light, as well as natural backgrounds. I guess you could say that I am a life-ographer. I do not just “take pictures”, I capture life; raw and occasionally posed (portraiture) - I strive to capture life’s spontaneous moments. When I am not doing portraiture, I enjoy capturing the other beauty in the world around me - nature.
I contribute to Phirebrush, where I’ve been featured and interviewed. I am a flickr junkie!
I am formerly of helloreese.com, which no longer exists.

So, this is my life, out loud. In words and pictures. If you have any questions about my blog, the content of this blog, my photography or would like permission to use something you like on my site, feel free to shoot over an email.
