Class of 97

Our 10 year high school reunion. Of course being in Calgary we were unable to attend. I recently started finding many of my classmates on myspace, which has been pretty cool. Many of them I lost contact with just after graduation due to heading off to college and what have you. There are still a few classmates I would like to catch up with but haven’t had any luck finding them. I’m guessing that is due to last names changing because of marriage or perhaps they just haven’t joined myspace.

I haven’t tried facebook yet but that’s where I’ll look next.

I love you Stacey

My best friend’s father passed away today after his second battle with Cancer. It’s one of those things you are expecting after a terminal prognosis but at the same time, who is ever really prepared for the moment of a loved one’s passing? No one, I’d imagine.

Stacey, I love you! You and your family are in my thoughts and prayers! If you need anything at all, email me, message me or call me.

I wish you all could see how beautiful this man was (and is, forever in memory) and how beautifully she captured him in photographs, even in his final days. You would witness one of the most beautiful father-daughter relationships ever - the kind that many dream of having!

Keep them in your thoughts/prayers!

Five for friendship

Feel free to do this yourself, on your own websites! It’s not a “tag you’re it” kind of thing, unless you decide you want to tag people! I, myself, leave this open for anyone who wishes to do it!!

2] Name 2 funny memories about the 2nd friend listed in #4.
a: When I had a horrible night at at work and Stacey was living with us, she decided to “build” me some cupcakes. We hadn’t gone to the store and were out of eggs but she made them anyway! They were the best cupcakes EVER!
b: This wasn’t a one time thing but more or less.. an ALL the time thing..!!! She always did these silly dances. Sometimes with childhood rhymes/songs with them! Like the “Milk, Milk, Lemonade” song.. lol

1] Name 1 memory of the 3rd friend listed in #3.
a: She was the first person to ever do a “makeover” on me. She primped my hair, did my makeup and dressed me up. It was great yet strange at the same time (considering I’d never been “made up”). I wish I had some photos from that day, here with me! You’d get a giggle out of my overdone 80’s makeover.. I’m sure!
